DELIVERY OF ORDER

 

The Carrier who delivers your order assumes all responsibility for all damage or loss during shipping. 

 

Refused orders are defined as orders that are refused upon delivery, marked return to sender, are undeliverable, or that have an insufficient address. 

 

In the U.S., a refused order is assigned a $5 refusal fee that is deducted from the refund. 

 

Refusal fees are applied to orders to offset return shipping costs and return processing charges. 

 

Refused orders could take up to ninety (90) days to reach the returns processing center.

Refused Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Therefore, please take the following steps in the unlikely event you should encounter any problems.

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow between 3 days to a week on top of shipping for your piece of merchandise to arrive.  Most orders are ready to ship within 3-5 days of order, but some require additional time.

 


Return + Refund Policies

Porcelain Jewels & Accessories is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers.

 

All sales are final on jewelry & accessories unless damaged during delivery or approved for a store credit.

If jewelry is damaged during delivery please contact info@Porcelain-Jewels.com to request return approval. 

 

Once your return is approved  we will send you an email to notify you that your request has been received and begin approval process, which may include providing additional information upon request.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.


If you are approved, then your credit will be processed.

Discounted or Sale items are final sale.

​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Jewelry Care 

Be mindful that Porcelain Jewels is fashion jewelry, please try to avoid over-exposing the jewelry to water and sunlight.  We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, etc.

Please note Porcelain Jewels & Accessories will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur by forgoing the above recommendations.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges on clothing items for wrong sizes only.  Items must be unworn. Free of any stains or damage.

Once your return is approved  we will send you an email to notify you that your request has been received and begin approval process, which may include providing additional information upon request.
